The Lab works in partnership with academia, industry, and policymakers. We work at the intersection of these nodes in the human capital network and collaborate with a diverse range of professional organizations, associations, and nonprofits to develop unconventional solutions to the most pressing human capital challenges.

Our affiliate faculty are leading researchers and thought leaders come from the Bloomberg School of Public Health, Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, Johns Hopkins School of Education, and Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies. They drive exciting insights about human capital in their respective fields, including but not limited to education, global policy, technology, and health.

At the Lab, we greatly value the contributions of various entities in shaping the future of work. We work closely with Great Place to Work to uncover employee wellbeing trends across various geographies. Other partners, including HR associations and conveners, help us tackle important questions and bring attention to less explored topics, advancing innovative ideas. Our government partners identify impacts, provide valuable guidance, and set industry benchmarks.
