Accelerating Well-being Solutions and Transforming Workforce Cultures
A Health Workforce Well-being Day event to drive change
Our health care systems are continuously evolving to meet patient needs, care models, and changing work conditions, which can provide opportunities for better care but also impose unique challenges on our health care workforce. In fact, compared to all types of workforces, our health care workers report higher levels of poor mental health days, burnout, intent to change jobs, and being harassed.
This second annual event in recognition of Health Workforce Well-being Day is hosted by:
- Johns Hopkins Carey Business School Human Capital Development Lab
- Johns Hopkins Medicine Office of Well-Being
- ALL IN: Wellbeing First for Healthcare, a coalition led by the Dr. Lorna Breen Heroes’ Foundation
Join us and engage in interdisciplinary, cross-sector collaboration to discuss how effective leadership and culture transformation can create systems where healthcare workers thrive.
